A while back I bought this book, Growing Taller 4 Idiots, not really believing it would help me grow taller, but I did want it to so I bought it anyway. I figured even a little taller would help. Of course, it had that money back guarantee that I fully expected to be taking advantage of. Only, I didn't.

Once the guarantee was almost up I realized I wanted to keep this Growing Taller 4 Idiots book. This book is for real. It's a lot of information packed into this short little book and although it's easy to read, it's not so easy to remember so I'm reading it again for the fourth time.

Now, I usually don't like reading, especially rereading books like this, health books are usually boring. But this one is worth a read because it gave me exactly what I wanted, height.

I'm over 25 and I sort of figured that my height gaining years were behind me. But for the last year I've been following the advice in this book to the letter, and I've actually grown and not just a fraction of an inch either. It can be measured in whole inches. And I don't think I'm done yet.

Before I bought Growing Taller 4 Idiots, I did a lot of research on the Internet. There are many sites out there about growing taller. And while some of the ideas in this book are similar, there is one big difference; this book lays it out in minute detail, what you're supposed to do and how you're supposed to do it.

That how is a big thing. Many sites will tell you what, in fact, pretty much every site will tell you what, but I haven't found any that will tell you how. I didn't have to worry about trying to put the pieces of the height gaining puzzle together, it already came preassembled for me in this book.

The first time I read through Growing Taller 4 Idiots, I didn't quite understand everything but when I read through it again it all clarified. Even though you might be able to find more interesting books, you're not going to find a better book on this topic and that's what counts. This book was the only thing that ever worked for me.
